Lamb Rub Dip

Creamy, cool, zesty, and fresh. The perfect sauce that will be a staple in your kitchen. Try as a topping on burgers, dip for chips, or even a cold suace for chicken skewers.

Ingredients

  • 100ml Full-Fat Greek Yogurt
  • 100ml Mayonnaise
  • 1Tbsp Lamb Rub
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • Salt, pinch

HOW TO

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl. Let sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Top our Smashed Lamb Burgers [LINK] or as a side sauce for our Grilled Beef Skewers [LINK] or as a dipping sauce for your favorite fries or potato chips.
  3. Bonus! Swap out the Lamb Rub for Pizza Seasoning or Aglio Olio Peperoncino – same recipe, different sauces. Use this recipe with most of our coarsely-grinded spices to match your mood with the flavor.

This dip can also be used as a topping for sandwiches, wraps, or salads, or as a sauce for grilled or roasted meats or vegetables.
