Peruvian Jalapeño Lime Tangy dipping Sauce

Our blend adds a deliciously sour heat to chicken, fish, and vegetables. Try it in salad dressings, marinades, and just about anything that could use a kick of heat and citrus. We like dipping fish tacos, grilled fish, and your favorite finger food spread in this dip with a kick.

Ingredients

  • 2 dl Mayonnaise
  • 2 dl 10% Fat Yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp Jalapeno Lime Seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp Honey

Peruvian Jalapeño Lime Seasoning

HOW TO

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and rest for 15 minutes in the fridge before serving. Good for up to 6 days in the fridge in an air-tight container.

Homemade Vegan Mayo

This thick and creamy vegan mayonnaise is an excellent egg-free substitute for regular mayo.
1/2 cup soy milk,1 tbsp white vinegar,1/2 teaspoon sea salt, 1 ½ tsp Dijon mustard, 1 cup vegetable oil, pinch cane sugar tsp. Add all ingredients except the mustard into a food processor and run for 1 minute. Add the oil in drips until the mayo is thick.
