Spicy Caribbean Chicken Rub
Ingredients:

Natural sea salt, garlic, Anaheim chili, black pepper, cayenne chili, allspice, thyme, nutmeg, basil, cinnamon, green cardamon, clove, sweet paprika, brown sugar, jamaican long pepper

Use:

Rub on beef, chicken, fish, and pork before baking, grilling, roasting, sautéing or stir-firing. Sprinkle dishes that contain onions and peppers, such as rice and beans, fajitas and meat fillings for tacos, burritos, and enchiladas. The blend will enhance the flavor of your meal and add heat. Add to soups or stews to give them a Caribbean flavor.
