Start by generously massaging on your cut of meat before grilling for an herby, peppery, garlicky crust. Then, use this blend to whip up a bright and zesty chimichurri with the recipe below. Make a classic Chimichurri sauce: whisk 2 tbsp Chimichurri, 3 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp water, ½ tbsp vinegar and 1 tbsp lemon juice. Stir all ingredients together and allow them to soak for about 30 minutes before serving. This herby, garlicky, and bright condiment is the perfect complement to a beautifully grilled cut of beef.

Use:

Rub all over meat before roasting; sprinkle over fish filets fillets before pan-searing; make a classic Chimichurri sauce by whisking 2 tbsp Chimichurri, 3 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp water, ½ tbsp vinegar, and 1 tbsp lemon juice. Stir all ingredients together and allow them to soak for about 30 minutes before serving.
