A flavorful rub to season grilled or roasted lamb, steaks or sausages.     Tangy mustard and sweet shallots are the perfect pairing to your next grilled or roasted lamb dish. The coarse blend seals in the natural flavors and juices of your lamb roast, creating a robustly aromatic crust. Use as a dry rub or as a seasoning in stews or sausages. Or make a lush dip sauce mixing 3 tbsp of Roast Shallot Blend with 1 dl creamy full fat yogurt and 1 dl good mayonaise. Stir and serve as a side sauce.     Available in 100g.
