Roast Lamb Rub

Ingredients:
Shallots (62%), garlic, sugar, thyme, rosemary, natural sea salt, MUSTARD SEEDS, white pepper, lemon peel, chili, clove.
Use:
• Use as a finishing seasoning, tempered in oil or butter
• Mix into mayonnaise or yogurt for flavorful dips and sauces
• Blend into compound butter for steaks, vegetables, or bread
• Sprinkle over roasted vegetables or potatoes
• Season roast lamb or other grilled meats
• Stir into rice or grain dishes for added depth
• Or make a lush dip sauce by mixing 3 tbsp Toasted Shallot   with 1 dl creamy full-fat yogurt and 1 dl good-quality     mayonnaise. Stir well and serve as a cold dip sauce. Devine!Â
