Spicy Caribbean Chicken Rub

Ingredients:
Natural sea salt, black pepper, garlic, brown sugar, Greek red pepper, sweet paprika, cayenne chili, basil, thyme, cinnamon, allspice, Jamaican long pepper, nutmeg, green cardamom, clove.
Use:
- Rub on beef, chicken, fish, and pork before baking, grilling, roasting, sautéing or stir-firing.
- Sprinkle dishes that contain onions and peppers, such as rice and beans, fajitas and meat fillings for tacos, burritos, and enchiladas.
- Add to soups or stews to give them a Caribbean flavor.
- The blend will enhance the flavor of your meal and add heat.
