Brown sugar, chili, fleur de sel, black pepper, garlic, onion, cumin
Use:
It brings out an unbelievable barbecue flavor to ribs. Use as a dry rub, or mix with apple juice and honey for a glaze or blend with oil for a marinade. Apply before and during grilling or smoking the meat.
