Use:
Goes well with lamb, game, tagines and couscous dishes. It is a very versatile seasoning used to add color and captivating flavor. Sprinkle onto chicken and fish before pan-frying, grilling, or baking. Or add ½ – 1 teaspoon to a cup of couscous or rice, or use as a rub on your favorite barbeque meat. Create a marinade by mixing with olive oil and lemon juice.
