Ingredients: Fleur de sel, garlic, Anaheim chili, lemon peel, thyme, spearmint, chili flakes, rosemary, black pepper, onion
Use: Rub the seasoning directly on the lamb before grilling or roasting. You can also use it in home-made sausages or to flavor dipping oil for bread. Or mix with yogurt and a bit of honey and you make a fantastic cold dip sauce.
