Our versatile blend that brings fresh and bold notes to meat or helps you create authentic Argentinian chimichurri with ease. Start by generously massaging on your cut of meat before grilling for an herby, peppery, garlicky crust. Then, use this blend to whip up a bright and zesty chimichurri with the recipe below. Make a classic Chimichurri sauce: whisk 2 tbsp Chimichurri, 3 tbsp olive oil,  2 tbsp water, ½ tbsp vinegar and 1 tbsp lemon juice.
 Stir all ingredients together and allow them to soak for about 30 minutes before serving. This herby, garlicky, and bright condiment is the perfect complement to a beautifully grilled cut of beef. “

Ingredients: Parsley flakes, garlic, onion, fleur de sel, chili flakes, cilantro, black pepper crushed, oregano

 

Use: Rub all over meat before roasting; sprinkle over fish filets fillets before pan-searing; make a classic Chimichurri sauce by whisking 2 tbsp Chimichurri, 3 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp water, ½ tbsp vinegar, and 1 tbsp lemon juice.
