- Serve to boiled cold shrimps, smoked shrimps or seafood as a dip sauce.
- Serve to grilled or smoked fish.
- Serve as topping for grilled sandwiches
- As dip sauce to meze, tapas or just a grilled piece of good bread.
- 2 tbsp Aglio Olio Peperoncino
- 1 dl mayonnaise of good quality
- 1 dl Greek fat yoghurt
- Stir all ingredients together and let rest for 30 minutes in the fridges.
